Managers set up planned jobs ahead of time. The foreman sees today's job, address, and tasks, and logs crew hours: start, finish, break, crew count.

That's who it's built for. Big buttons, large text, and only the steps they need. Crew members can sign the safety sheet on the foreman's phone.
Does SiteVanta make us OSHA or Cal-OSHA compliant?
No. No app can do that. SiteVanta helps you record safety checks, collect meeting signatures, and keep safety sheets and truck inspections organized and easy to find. Your company is still responsible for its own safety program.
Does it put prices on green tags or POs?
No. Green tags record the work, hours, crew count, and quantities. POs have no amounts or limits. Receipt photos are saved as pictures only.
Who can see our company's information?
Each company's records are kept separate. Inside your company, each role only sees its part. Managers can block or remove people who leave. See the privacy policy.
Is it only for California?
We're starting with California crews. If you're outside California, join anyway and tell us where you are.
What kinds of companies is it for?
Construction, landscape, and other field crews that run jobs, trucks, and safety meetings. If your foremen carry a clipboard, it's for you.
